Actually, I *did* send you your username and password, but it's very likely your mail system is eating up mail from my server, mistaking it for spam (this because someone once forged a header with my email address to spam people about getting a low-interest rate mortgage on hot young teen discount pharmacies or something like that... GRRR!). If you haven't gotten your username and password, email me from another email account and describe your plight. I'll contact you to get you the info you need. But if your mail server is killing my messages, that's one of the few ways we can establish two-way communication. It's also possible your email account got deleted or is over its mailbox limits. Again, a new email account should do the trick.

(By the way, this happens about once every 100 customers... the other 99 get in just fine!)
